Booking & Payment

1. Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your place.

2. Spaces are limited to ensure a high-quality learning experience (maximum of 4 participants for full-day workshops, 12 for two-hour workshops).

Cancellations & Rescheduling

1. All bookings are non-refundable.

2. If you can’t attend, you may transfer your booking to a future workshop of the same type with at least 24 hours' notice.

3. Transfers are subject to availability and must be used within 6 months of the original booking.

4. If you fail to attend without prior notice, the booking is forfeited, and no transfer will be granted.

Workshop Requirements

1. Participants must bring their own laptop (tablets are not suitable).

2. You’ll be guided through purchasing a Wix hosting plan and domain name, which is payable separately to Wix. These costs are not included in the workshop fee.

Workshop Content & Delivery

1. Each workshop is hands-on, and participants will leave with a completed project as outlined in the workshop description.

2. The instructor will provide step-by-step guidance, but participants are responsible for implementing their learnings.

Liability & Responsibility

1. Signature Creative Studio is not responsible for technical issues related to Wix, domain registrars, or hosting providers.

2. Participants are responsible for maintaining their own website after the workshop.

3. We are not liable for any loss of data, errors, or omissions in website setup.

Intellectual Property & Materials

1. Any resources, templates, or materials provided during the workshop are for personal use only and may not be shared, distributed, or resold.

Changes & Cancellations by the Organiser

1. In the unlikely event that a workshop needs to be rescheduled or cancelled by Signature Creative Studio, participants will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer to a future date.
